A Three-In-One Shop – Post, Tattersalls and Newsagency

A unique shop, located at Burwood Heights Shopping Centre, East Burwood Newsagency Australia Post and Tattslotto provides a range of services to the local community.

 “We are a three-in-one business where people can do a lot of things with one visit,” owner John, who has conducted the shop since 2017, said.

‘As a licensed post office supported by Australia Post, people can send or receive parcels through us within Australia as well as overseas. On top of that, we are also providing other services a typical post office would offer, such as bill payments, stamps, envelopes, banking including deposits and withdrawals, money orders, etc,” he added.

“We are also a lucky shop selling lottery products. We sold a division one Tattslotto winning ticket of $1,053,000 in July last year. We are hoping to sell another one soon!”

The newsagency stocks all the usual lines including magazines, newspapers, greeting cards, diaries, calendars, kid’s toys, gifts, office and computer supplies and a large range of stationery items.

John heads a friendly staff of Anh, Mandy, Penny, Daniel and Josh.  

Situated at Shop 13, 10-40 Burwood Highway, the business is open from 8.30am until 5.30 pm Monday to Saturday. There is parking with easy access to the shop in Burwood Highway or plenty of off-street parking at the shopping centre.
